How Boxman Studios Deploys Your Experiential Marketing Campaign

in

The day is finally here. The transformation from a steel container into an immersive experience is finally complete, and now we have to get it to its destination. So just how does your experience make it from our Charlotte production facility to your event in Houston, New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles?

As with everything we do, it all starts with asking the right questions. Once we understand the scope of the project, we start mapping out the logistics and begin to put budgets together. Once the budgets are approved, we start planning how to physically deploy the experience safely and efficiently.

The next step is to assign mangers/drivers who will accompany the experience to its destination, set things up, break things down, and transport the units to their next destination where they’ll do it all again.

With You All The Way

As part of our commitment to provide an excellent experience throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, a Boxman Project Manager will often accompany the deployment team for the first event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the team is well-versed in all facets of the activation. At this stage we’ll also introduce the deployment team to our client so that our client knows whom to turn to for anything during the life of the campaign.

We understand that your primary concern is attracting and engaging your audience at events. That’s why everything we do during the deployment phase of an activation is designed to make the experience as convenient as possible for our you. When we say Just Add People, we mean it.
