This is Part 1 of a series on how Boxman Studios makes marketing dreams a reality. Read Part 2 here.

At Boxman Studios, we don’t know how to make custom golf clubs. We don’t make high-performance cars or fatigue-busting energy drinks. You’re the experts there. We’re the experts in bringing your brand’s message to life and creating experiences your audiences will never forget. From concept to completion, we do what we do best, so you can do what you do best.

But effective shipping container marketing goes beyond designing and building your event space. A successful marketing strategy involves careful planning and attention to detail so that you get the most out of your investment. Luckily, that’s what we’re here for. We can help you answer these critical questions:

What Do I Want?

Typically, customers come to us with a high-level concept. “We’re interested in creating a shipping container experience – but we’re not sure exactly what or how.” No worries; Boxman Studios will help you figure it out and turn your idea into a real, achievable design.

As always, the first step of any project is to understand your goals and objectives. Once those are firmly established, we focus on the functionality of your space.

Is it going to be a lounge where people congregate and mingle? Will it be a walk-through experience, designed for maximum volume and flow? Are visitors going to sample your products and get hands-on? What do we need people to do in order to be fully immersed in your brand?

Determining how you want your audience to interact with the space gives us a solid foundation for your project. From there, the possibilities are endless. Take a look what we’ve done for some of our past clients, and then envision what we can do for you.

What Materials Can I Use?

Anything. If it exists in the world, we can figure out how to incorporate it into a shipping container. If you want specific materials – a certain light fixture, or branded chairs and window treatments – we can help you achieve the look you want. We understand that aesthetics are incredibly important for immersive marketing experiences.

We can also incorporate your unique elements to create an experience that aligns seamlessly with your brand identity. For example, Boxman Studios recently completed a project for TaylorMade. They use a distinctive logo featuring a T at a 13 degree tilt, and so we incorporated that into the design.

While you can use anything, obviously, some choices are better than others. For instance, climate conditions might dictate your choice of paints and graphics. Are you transporting your container through cold, snowy Canada? Or traveling along the Gulf coast in humid salt-water air? To help you get the best ROI, we help you make the right decisions for your space – and to do that, we need to know where you’ll deploy the container and how your audience will use it.
